Vim Global is Victory International Ministry expanding globally, as an Apostolic ministry dedicated to establishing Bible schools across the globe, in accordance with the great commission: Matt 28: 18-20 “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen".

Dr. P. Ray Johnson and Rev. Dr. Mrs. Joycelyn Johnson have dedicated their lives to serving God and empowering others to fulfill their calling. They founded VIM Global in 1992 under its original name, Victory International Ministries (VIM), in Ghana, West Africa. Over the past three decades, the couple has personally mentored and trained thousands of individuals, providing them with the tools and biblical knowledge needed to become effective leaders in their communities and beyond.

In 2024, VIM GLOBAL was launched under the new leadership of Dr. Charles Humphrey Niapah Carboo and Dr. Mrs. Peace Yayra Carboo. This marked a new chapter in our mission to train and equip Christians worldwide to become leaders in the Kingdom of God.
VIM GLOBAL expanded its reach across Africa, establishing multiple Bible colleges in countries such as Uganda, South Africa, and Kenya. This significant step enabled us to train Christian leaders in some of the most diverse regions of the world.
We formed key partnerships with international ministries and Christian educational institutions, including Friends University and Crenshaw Christian Centre, to strengthen our global network and broaden the scope of our training programs.
VIM began its outreach efforts beyond Africa, reaching out to North America and Europe. This laid the foundation for the global vision of VIM GLOBAL to bring Christ-centered education to every nation.
In 2012, Victory International Ministry Training College (VIMTC) was established as a beacon of theological education, aimed at training Christian leaders with a strong foundation in sound biblical doctrine.
